The polyabsorbent fibres in the dressing pad provide a complete and continuous cleaning action to remove slough and exudate and the silver ions provide fast and broad-spectrum antimicrobial efficacy. This combined cleaning and antimicrobial action is designed to defeat biofilms and prevents their reattachment.
