Biatain Alginate

Alginate dressing. An absorbent, sterile, non-woven, pad consisting of calcium alginate, and carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) fibre.

Biatain Alginate Ag

Silver alginate dressing. A highly-absorbent, sterile, non-woven, antimicrobial pad composed of calcium alginate, carboxymethylcellulose (CMC), and an ionic silver complex which releases silver ions in the presence of wound exudate.

Biatain Contact

One-sided silicone contact layer for atraumatic removal and wound protection. Composed of a perforated transparent polyurethane support film and a wound direct-contact layer in a silicone gel.

Biatain Fiber

Gelling fiber dressing. Soft, sterile primary wound dressing made of non-woven sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) fibers with bicomponent fibers and a thermo-bonded net added for strength.

Biatain Non-adhesive

Soft, conformable, non-adhesive polyurethane foam dressing with vapour-permeable film backing. Bevelled edges. The dressing has 3DFit technology, which means the foam conforms to the wound bed to fill the gap and reduce pooling of exudate. Can be used under compression bandaging.

Biatain Silicone Non-Border

Soft, conformable, absorbent polyurethane foam pad with vapour-permeable film backing and silicone adhesive. 3DFit technology means the foam conforms to the wound bed to fill the gap and reduce pooling of exudate.

Biatain Super Adhesive

Highly absorbent dressing consisting of a superabsorbent hydrocapillary pad with a semipermeable, water and bacteria-proof top film, a hydrocolloid component for adhesion and a non-adhesive wound contact layer.
