Tegaderm Alginate

Tegaderm Alginate

Solventum (KCI Medical)

Description

Helps to maintain a moist wound healing environment in medium to heavily exuding wounds. The dressing is highly conformable, soft, absorbent, sterile, primary wound dressing. In reaction with wound exudate, it forms a gelatinous mass which maintains a moist healing environment. The high-integrity design helps to provide structure to the dressing upon removal.

Indications

TCan also be used to control minor bleeding in superficial wounds. Suitable for use under compression bandaging.
