Description
Transparent hydrogel dressing consisting of hydrated polyurethane and glycerine. The backing consists of a water vapour permeable polyurethane film that is impermeable to liquids and bacteria. For fixation use a suitable secondary dressing (e.g. adhesive tapes or bandages).
Indications
Long-term treatment of dry or slightly exuding wounds in the granulation or epithelisation phase
Contraindications
Allergy or sensitivity to ingredients, especially polyurethane, glycerin or acrylic-based adhesive; clinically infected wounds; third-degree burns
