Description

A single-use, single-application, acidic, dehydrating gel intended for topical application to debride and remove biofilm and necrosis from the wound surface. Application time is up to 60 seconds, following which the gel needs to be removed from the skin by rinsing with saline or water and rubbing dry with sterile gauze.

Indications

Non-surgical debridement and treatment of non-surgical infected wounds

Contraindications

Ischaemic ulcers before effective revascularisation; neoplastic ulcers; underyling abscesses or fasciitis that require incision/excision or lancing; underlying osteomyelitis; exposed cartilage; intolerance or allergies to any of the product ingredients. Do not use on children or pregnant or lactating women. PPE must be used during application.
